Digital Deed Holder Rights

The Sanga platform allows for the tokenization of real estate properties, granting digital deed token holders several rights including:

Ownership Right

Token holders are legally considered the owners of the property and can redeem physical properties at any time.

Occupancy Right

Token holders receive Stay Tokens on an annual basis, with different amounts given to holders of different tiers, as outlined in the table below.

These tokens can be used to stay at any property in Sanga' SPV, with the number of tokens required per night varying by property tier. For example:

• Tier-1 owners, who have been rewarded 12 Stay Tokens per annum, can stay 4 nights per year at a property that costs 3 Stay Tokens per night.

• Tier-3 owners, who have been rewarded 36 Stay Tokens per annum, can stay 36 nights per year at a property that costs 1 Stay Token per night.

Token holders will have the right to stay at any properties in Sanga SPV regardless of the ownership of the properties.

However, occupancy rights may be limited during high-season periods to maximize dividends. Bookings must be made in advance through the Avantis platform.
