Whitelisting

Last updated 2 years ago

  • Instead of publicly soliciting investors, we will be using a private whitelisting system.

  • Investors who wish to invest in properties will be required to indicate their intent by making a deposit to the Nest platform.

  • We have three tiers of whitelisting:

    • Tier 1 requires a minimum of $3,000 deposit

    • Tier 2 requires a minimum of $6,000 deposit

    • Tier 3 requires a minimum of $10,000 deposit

  • Each tier has a limit on the price of properties that investors can purchase (see the table above).

  • If there are no properties of interest, deposits can be redeemable at any time, however, exchange rate risk or transfer fees may apply.

  • After making a deposit, the Nest platform will mint a Membership token and send it to the investor's wallet as proof of deposit.

  • This Membership token is required for investors to participate in the Nest platform activities such as viewing listings, bidding, or buying digital deed tokens.

  • All investors' deposits will be converted to a specified stablecoin currency, in this case (a stablecoin fully backed by Japanese yen and regulated by the ) and kept in a transparent, non-custodial wallet for safe storage.
