Reselling and Transference

  • The digital deed token will be securely stored in Avantis' non-custodial wallet, with the token holder being fully responsible for maintaining the security of the wallet and creating backups of their wallet seed.

  • The token holder has the right to transfer ownership of the token to other individuals and can list the token on Avantis' auction board for other investors to bid on.

  • When trading the token on Avantis' auction board, it's important to note that a 2% fee will be applied to the transaction, with 1% of the fee charged to the buyer and 1% to the seller.

  • The token holder can also transfer the token to other non-custodial wallets, in addition to Avantis' wallet

  • The token holder will be notified by Avantis platform when there is any transaction made with their token.
