Settlement
Once the payment has been fully paid, the Sanga platform will automatically transfer the digital deed token to the investor's wallet, this token confirms the ownership of the property.
Stay tokens will also be automatically minted on an annual basis, and different tiers of token holders will receive different amounts of Stay tokens, as outlined in the table below.

The purchasing process is now complete, and the digital deed token in the investor's wallet can be used to confirm ownership of the property, and the Stay tokens can be used by the investor to stay in the properties they own (and also other properties under Avantis SPV management).
